Despite the pain of last Sunday, we have a big two weeks planned for you Bucs fans. First, we have our Thursday night show where we will break down teh Rams who will be coming into an empty Raymond James Stadium and try to continue their upward trend by running Mr. Jackson (if you’re nasty) all over what has turned into a hapless defense. We obviously hope Coach Morris and crew are working on the gameplan because Jackson is the real deal and while the Rams are no Saints or Steelers, they are starting to believe they can get the job done and to be honest, the Bucs have not played their best ball at ‘home’ (In quotes due to poor attendance).
Friday morning, OldSchool will be hosting the Hooters Nation Morning show on 1010 AM with Carie Small of the Tampa Breeze. They will be covering all things sports and otherwise and doing their best to keep the show focused and fan friendly so have the number ready! It is broadcast locally on 1010 AM, 99.5 HD3 and streamed online at 1010sportsonline.com (as well as on UStream). This is the first in a two part series which will be followed up on teh 29th by another radio duet featuring the lovely (and dangerous) Carie in costume(s). More news as it becomes available.
Finally, the Rams tailgate should be outstanding. Last week was great (despite the game) and all signs point to the group really hitting their stride in tailgating. If you can, make your way over and participate. There is always plenty of drink to go around and what better way to enjoy a Sunday then with food, drinks and Bucs football?
