Hi folks! We are prepping for tomorrow’s excitement but I wanted to convey a couple of things to everyone. First, our Grillmaster, “Pitmaster Pat” has had a very serious situation occur with his eye(s). He is currently receiving treatment and we are asking everyone out there to send prayers, positive vibes or whatever is in …Read More
After a heartbreaking defeat on the road in Washington, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers travel to Atlanta this week looking for vengeance in more ways than one. While the immediate issue is keeping the team from sliding into a losing streak after allowing last week to slip away, there is lingering hurt in the Georgia Dome. …Read More
The gut reaction coming off of a tough road loss might tend to lean in the direction of “oh good, the Jaguars.” While the Jags tend to be somewhat lackluster even with Blake Bortles still trying to turn the team around, they are consistently a quiet sleeper. Their losses have been at the hand of …Read More
Fine. This time, you can #BlameJameis. On the same day that the legend of Mike Alstott was inducted into the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Ring of Honor, the Bucs didn’t get the job done against the Carolina Panthers. Believe it or not, there were positives, but it was two steps forward and four steps back. Let’s …Read More
It’s gameday, baby! After a tough loss against the Houston Texans, today is the day where Tampa Bay looks to bounce back and enter week five undefeated in the NFC South while batting .500. There’s plenty of frustration in Tampa coming off of a close, and somewhat deflating, loss to the Houston Texans last week. The Buccaneers had plenty of opportunities to win the game, but it just didn’t come together. On the contrary, the Carolina Panthers have had every game this year come together. Though only one, a …Read More
I boarded the METRORail in Houston with optimism and high hopes as we made our way from the parking lot towards NRG Stadium. Over the next few hours, they cultivated that hope for an entire half only to sputter and stall when it mattered the most. In a game where Kyle Brindza went from kicking the …Read More
It’s gameday, baby! If you’re in Tampa, drag your ass down to the Wing House at 8001 W Hillsborough Avenue for the watch party that doesn’t know the meaning of the word bandwagon. If you’re in Houston at NRG Stadium, I’ll be the fatty in the Mike Evans jersey surrounded by Texans fans (shout out …Read More
Tomorrow morning, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers continue their road tour in Houston to take on the 0-2 Texans in NRG Stadium. This edition of Behind Enemy Lines has a special place for me because Houston (and its suburbs) are my home. You can bet your ass I’ll be in NRG reppin’ the pewter and red with …Read More
Do you know how long it’s been since the Tampa Bay Buccaneers won? It’s been over 44 weeks. On Sunday, the Bucs went into the Superdome and did something they hadn’t done in 309 days. Nearly 7400 hours passed without a Buccaneers win, but that all changed in New Orleans. I’ll let #Brindzilla sum it …Read More
